Just about had a meltdown at Uni today. The class was just too chaotic for my neurodivergent brain to cope with. Managed to distract myself just enough to last the duration of class then got out of there. Sent a note to my lecturer that I will be attending via Zoom, not in person for the rest of the semester.
Did a watercolour painting to help settle myself when I got home.
At least I know now not to blame myself, it’s just how my brain works, and I’m able to make changes to make things better for myself.
