Annotated strings in kotlin with ParagraphStyles or SpanStyles work great for simple forms of MFM (Misskey-Flavored Markdown), but the more complicated they get, the more I'm starting to think I need to look for a better option. Like, what the hell do I do for a blockquote? Or better yet, what the hell do I do for the animated ones? I'm getting really frustrated.
