@arkadiusz had two taxonas lately and both had problems with film transportation. some fix needed on the takeup spool. very frustrating.

I guess the takeup spool is not to blame. I have a pro-tip for that. I also had trouble with film transportation. When you try to cock the shutter and feel that your film is stacking, you may have to loosen up the film a bit. All you need to do is gently turn the wheel in the opposite direction to insert the film into the cassette.

@arkadiusz ok thanks. might buy another one. or looking for some olympus pen. i really like the half frame / 24x24 format and the idea to have 50 pics on one roll. scanning with flat bed can also be frustrating.

As I mentioned, I had the same story with a film transportation :)

I took 52 pics on one roll, but if you have a dark room or a dark box you can put around 54–55 pics. :)

What do you mean by a flat bed?

@arkadiusz only having an epson flat bed scanner (v330) and the epson software. its perfect for scanning 24x35 but other formats need always manuell adjustments.

Scanning something like this certainly takes more time. My friend spent three times as much time scanning these negatives.

@arkadiusz Nice. But as always Kodak goes into the magenta tonations. That's why I prefere Fuji films, dias or papers.
