For the record: just buying the most expensive shit you can find is NOT equivalent to having great taste. In fact, it may be indicative of the opposite.
Using price as a proxy for quality is what people resort to when they lack good taste (i.e. the deep knowledge and domain expertise to distinguish things by much more nuanced quality markers).
