Ukraine needs to be able to shoot down russian bombers dropping bombs on Ukraine, with Patriot and other western systems and it needs to be able to shoot at invasion troup concentrations inside russia with glsbd, himars, artillery, .. etc Same for F16.
We must not self deter, but force russia to explicitly threaten, so we know who put fire to the Diehl plant, broke sea cables, etc, and thereby break russian propaganda.
