#Navalny's murder was a catalyst event. Suddenly things are moving fast & in a different direction in the #EU - and just maybe, hopefully in the #US.

#Sanctions could include the use of frozen #RussianAssets, a move that would be in addition to a levy #Belgium exacts from interest on immobilised cash reserves. #Ukraine
