The current American threats to sanction the ICC could spell the death of International Law. Whatever little hope people had for a just international system will disappear.
That, in a nutshell, is what's wrong with the world: there is a system of justice for the powerful; another for the powerless. The whole world system is based on the power to impose your will, not on impartial rules that work the same for everyone, for every nation, for every government, for every organization, for every agency, every group. The powerful think the system is fair, because they control it. The powerless know it is unfair, because they suffer it.

Both things can be true and people are allowed to be horrified about the fact that we are forced to choose between two genocidal maniacs. The fact that Biden has done some other good stuff does not erase this.

@Flowermob I know how things work. Many of us outside US know better than most Americans - which is pitiful upon itself. You already have fascism happening there. It's up to you Americans to put more pressure on Biden administration, if you don't want Trump in. So do more of that instead of feeding into US exceptionalism because the rest of the world is sick of that attitude/arrogance.
