@ai6yr This is just a wild series of choices all around. We always used the blunt-but-gently-serrated pumpkin carving knives; pretty hard to get hurt with those.
@ai6yr@isposdef when my arthritis first started getting bad about 22 years ago I had a hard time with the pumpkin/ knife interface, so I put a 1 in drill bit on our electric drill and drilled circles until they looked like a face.
