But.
Were this a disliked act, even just a minor member of the delegation, that was accused of intimidating a production crew member on a level that led to police investigating... these same people would be calling for blood and saying it's an underreaction to "just" disqualify.
Because it's a fan favorite, this is injustice, hearsay, and "fabricated". When we don't even know the details.
@anotherdream@rolle Not knowing the details is what has me upset -- this might be completely justified or it might just be a case of an entitled artist being an entitled artist and complaining that a set-piece wasn't placed properly. I just don't know.
