If I make fun of Muslims for believing in God, does that make me prejudiced?

VerbFlow,

@BadRS Oh. Thank you for telling me!

VerbFlow,

I use a phone like that to phone across Fred Meyer.

VerbFlow, to LateStageCapitalism

I'm pretty new here... why are you using hashtags and (1/?) stuff?

Twitter was and is terrible for anti-Capitalist discussion. Its character limit forced discussion to be abbreviated and made cited sources a hassle. The inability to dislike a tweet, but instead have to repost it and comment on it brought stupid tweets to the forefront. And Twitter wasn't operating so people could communicate with each other and foster relationships, it instead became a vehicle for corporate propaganda (my term for advertising), like YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, etc. The layout is also infinite scroll rather than pagination, which brings huge problems for organizing things (you can't organize things by page), permanence (things will simply disappear if they're too low), and retrieval (if a post is too far down, scrolling all the way down is way harder than just picking the right page). Not to mention captialist brands enthralling the public. And the stupid controversies that I couldn't care less about.

KBin isn't and mustn't be Twitter. However, I still fear this cybersocial blight will corrode and kill not only KBin, but almost everything online. Despite hearing about how Twitter is awful everyday, I saw loads of Twitter screenshots on Reddit before the shutdown, entire news articles dedicated to something on Twitter, YouTube video essays using Tweets as a source, academics using Tweets as valid markers of public opinion... AAAAAACK! MAKE IT STOP!
I'll write about why Twitter content has been everywhere later on. I was hoping that Musk's purchase of the site would make it perish and have the greater world reject its influence, but I'm not sure if even that could take the site down.

And I hate how arrogant Twitter posts sound. It's as if those Tweeting think they're better than people who don't agree, even if they're correct.

But either way, I'm glad people are leaving that snakepit, and I hope you grow accustomed to a different way of communication that is easily better than Twitter.

VerbFlow,

Okay, I guess I'm not as smart as I thought I was, but it has "anarchism" in the magazine name, and it didn't see anarchism as just havoc.
