I dislike using a slur for disabled people as the name but it’s only partially why I stopped using it. Bad cross-platform support, sticking to ancient GTK versions, GNOME-fication of the upcoming 3.0 version, etc. also pushed me away.
That’s so annoying about motorsports in recent years. Commentators are tasked by the race series owners to hype up that BS. Researching the technology is fine. Scientists may find ways to capture carbon at a better rate at acceptable energy cost but shouting that an inefficient combustion engine is somehow better for the environment than EV because “batteries bad, carbon capture great” is just stupid.
Things aren’t looking good for me. I’m a few levels into Selaco, a new FPS out now on Steam, and I’m stuck behind a bar as a group of sci-fi soldiers unload their rifles and shotguns into my hiding spot. I’m also low on health. So yeah, a bad spot to be in. I take a deep breath and try something....
FYI: Cross-platform cloud save sync is currently not working. Developers are working on a solution. Workaround is to enforce Proton.
Edit: The workaround I’ve read somewhere is wrong. Currently the only workaround is to either manually copy the save data or to set up a 3rd party sync solution (which for Steam Deck means to enter desktop mode).
I’ve read that but the quality of Dota or Couter-Strike is unrelated to the quality of TF2. Review bombing those is stupid. Give TF2 a bad score. That’s fine because it’s about the quality of TF2. Give Dota and CS a bad score when those games suck.
Community in question has been eduring this for at least 4 years now.
Where were the negative TF2 reviews in the last 4 years then? Give TF2 a bad score, don’t rate other games badly, just because “the community” was complacent until now.
Your reply makes zero sense. People at Microsoft Game Studios are not the ones working on that Surface device, so no focus would have been taken away. They went through the trouble of testing 1200 games and concluded that gaming is no use case? Yeah, no.
Your Steam account is tied to backed up cloud saves. I wouldn’t just give away the account to a complete stranger. Also Steam’s EULA forbids it, so any problem might lead to the account being closed.
I’ve lost any and all interest after the inevitable copyright infringement complaint from Sony.
Unless I mistake this with another case, I’m pretty sure the “copyright complaint” was a well-meaning Sony employee who DM’ed the developer and suggested to make changes to Bloodborne Kart before nervous lawyers get wind of the game.
