I might have broken the world record for getting instantly blocked :

Heading for the Discord server of the Fiber project, I clicked on the link on their site https://gofiber.io/discord

I had to give myself a username (fair enough), type a password, get verified via email, get verified via phone (SMS actually), enter my date of birth, just to receive an email TWO SECONDS LATER saying that they have found my account to be in violation of their Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Dispite this being a terrible user experience: new world record? ;-)

It has been six days now, still no response.

As being reported by a lot of other people, support from Discord does not seem to exist anymore. Is anybody still working there?

If they think they can rely on automation only, they are doomed ... :-(

Perfectly reasonable to believe that the first email was caught in their spam filter and the reminder, that included the first email, was not.

At least they allowed me in.

Have you tried Cyprus? Small flats are comparatively inexpensive the moment they are >1 km away from the beach ;-)
