Just released version 1.4.0 of week-planner-card for #HomeAssistant. This version introduces a setting to hide days without events except for today and a feature where you can click on the weather forecast to get the weather more info popup (thanks to @beyondwatts )

Just released versions 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of custom #HomeAssistant card week-planner-card. The first fixes the weather forecast with HA version 2024.4. The second fixes a bug introduced in the first (oops 😖).

The minimal required HA version is now 2023.9. You can continue to use version 1.2.1 for older version of HA, but you will not get any future new features.

Just found out the forecast attribute has been removed from weather entities in #HomeAssistant version 2024.4. It has been replaced with a weather forecast service. I understand this is done to make the weather state object much smaller and so the entire system faster, but it does mean most, if not all, custom weather cards will stop showing weather forecasts. This is also true for the weather forecast feature in week-planner-card. I will try to fix it and release a new version this weekend.

@pieceofthepie I haven't dived into it too deep yet, but it does look like it's more complicated now. It would have been nice if they'd add migration examples for breaking changes like this.

@pieceofthepie I don't think that's needed to get the weather forecast in a custom card. I think I can just fetch the data using websockets. I'll dive into the default weather forecast card to see how it's done there to fix it in week-planner-card.

Just released v1.2.0 of custom #HomeAssistant card week-planner-card. Adding options for compact mode (thanks to @beyondwatts ) starting with a different day and hiding weekends. It also fixes a styling bug with some themes. https://github.com/FamousWolf/week-planner-card

Working on a family calendar with #HomeAssistant. As I couldn't find any #Lovelace cards I liked for displaying a calendar I decided to make my own. So I just released my second custom Home Assistant card in a week time 😎 https://github.com/FamousWolf/week-planner-card

I do have one bug I haven't solved yet. For some reason card_mod doesn't work on this card and I have no idea why. It works on my other custom card just fine and I can't find any difference that could explain it. I'll dive into it more later this week

Just released v1.0 of my first custom #Lovelace card for #HomeAssistant: entity-group-status. A card to group multiple entities, show them as icons and have a single status text based on the status values of those entities. https://github.com/FamousWolf/entity-group-status

@kaiserkiwi You mean getting the entity icons on the same line as the main icon? You should be able to do that with card_mod. It might be a nice option to add though. I'll add it to the list for v1.1
