@coolboymew death by 1000 papercuts. I let myself take so many small hits from small enemies that when the time came to wade through spikes and lava pools I couldn't make it.

@coolboymew trying to remember the title of a Switch game. In it you play as this cyborg/gynoid girl in a space station or something. The game has roguelike elements, I think, and looked a bit MegaMan-ish. Ring any bells?

@coolboymew yeah, I did, too. With the rumors around Nintendo's next console releasing this year, I'm anticipating 3 things:

  1. Switch game prices are going to start slanting downwards, and, as the games are slowly taken off the market, niche games like this are going to become more and more valuable
  2. The Switch hacking community is going to go full steam and start doing wonderful things with the Switch
  3. Nintendo will, over time, start shutting down servers for certain games, which will make hacking the Switch that much safer.

I'm starting to look around for some good Switch games in anticipation of all this. It's going to be the PS Vita all over again.
