it's weird how it's harder to play in sync with a recording or a click track than with other people. i think it's because it doesn't adapt to you. #musician

@music I never liked playing to click tracks. It is a little better if the metronome has good options for sub-dividing the beats. I usually program half-done drums to the point where I get the feel for a section and then record to that. Then I adjust the drums to better meet the feel of the recorded parts.

@music too many screens in my life too; sometimes I feel like getting a 4 track tape recorder and just working within it's limitations. I'm probably too used to working in a DAW.
