Hey! I'm working on preparing a webinar for @wolfssl on the topic of Getting Started with the
ESP32. What would you like to see? Ask me anything
There are some AWESOME things in the works. It's soon going to be easier than ever to get started with wolfSSL.

Huh... Max Fillipov (aka jcmvbkbc) got a Linux kernel (nommu) & functional userland to boot on an ESP32-S3 microcontroller...

Details with a boot log at http://wiki.osll.ru/doku.php/etc:users:jcmvbkbc:linux-xtensa:esp32s3

I desperately want to give this a try, just for the sheer loopiness of it...

@projectgus I can confirm Linux on the ESP32-S3. I was able to get this working in June (with a lot of help from Rudi) based on the work of jcmvbkbc. I was also able to cross-compile wolfSSL and get the benchmark app running there. Performance was on par with that of the benchmark running on the ESP-IDF firmware on a classic ESP32. Linux on the ESP32-S3 is pretty impressive.
