Ahsoka vs. Darth Maul in The Clone Wars was 🔥

I wish we could see this in live action and on the big screen.

I'm finally done with TCW series. I must say, the final season was a roller coaster ride.

First, we got to see the post-Jedi life of Ahsoka. And then her bittersweet reunion with Anakin and Obi-Wan. And then she fought Maul.

@rm4 I also thought the Martez sister episodes were fillers. And then halfway through the season, Ahsoka was suddenly back to the war and fighting Maul no less.

It felt like they decided to change directions midway. But it was also good to have an arc where Ahsoka realized that she's meant to do what Jedis do whether she's part of the Order or not.

It's still far into the future but I believe in starting something small as early as now (while also enjoying the present).

Also, I believe there's no such thing as job security nowadays. And we can't work forever because of old age, sickness, etc.

It has been more than 2 years since the finale of season 1. So I watched it again last night in preparation for season 2. And this time, I was able to appreciate the plot more, especially He Who Remains. That variant was dangerously manipulative.

@rm4 I'm enjoying the series so far. I watched TCW movie, the prequel to the series on Disney+.

I also enjoyed The Mandalorian series. And now Ahsoka. So it's cool to see them both in TCW.

I didn't see that coming. I love Uniqlo. They have been my "official outfitter" since my Japayuki days 11 years ago. 😂 But never have I imagined they would be going into the coffee space.

Well, I can say the same for Muji. But their cafe actually fits their brand since they sell household items, notebooks, pens, etc.

But coffee and clothing? That's new. ☕

episode 5 inspired me to watch . And the first few episodes of The Clone Wars made me curious about the timeline.

After learning that The Clone Wars happen after Episode I & II, I decided to watch both movies again since I've forgotten much about the story. It's a rabbit hole. 😂

PS. Also, since I've already seen , I'm now familiar with the Tuscan raiders, Boba Fett, etc. And I can recognize them in the movies. Makes the rewatching much better.

There seems to be a gap between Episode II: Attack of the Clones and . How was promoted to Master? And how was young chosen as his Padawan? Also, how did Anakin get that scar on his face?

@rm4 oh, there's a Clone Wars movie! Weird that it doesn't show on the Disney+ timeline order. That's why I went straight for the series. Thanks for the info!

I was going for 10 layers because I saw someone do it (challenge accepted!). But I need more practice (read: more lattes to make and drink) and probably a wider cup too. 😂

Today's : Uyab, the signature blend of one of our local roasters here in the province and also one of my favorite beans from them.

  1. Working inside my room whenever I'm on DND mode (which is most of the time)

  2. Working outdoors whenever the weather is fine and I want fresh air and a view (though it's just our garden & garage)

  3. Working from a cafe whenever I need a change of scenery and want to see other people but not necessarily talk to them (just so I can feel that I'm still part of the outside world) 😂

I liked #SecretInvasion. I found it most enjoyable. It was extremely low-budget, had absolutely no plot, and didn't fit in the #MCU, but the six short episodes were all so bad that they stimulated my #imagination of what could have been. And I just love that. I don't like shows with an ending. I like them to be pointless nonsense that never resolves, especially when the expectation is different. I enjoy it when people anticipate an epic show and get total crap instead. I #devoured every episode.

Is Elon Musk serious about rebranding to X? Or is it just a publicity stunt so that people will talk about Twitter - and perhaps increase the daily active users? It's actually effective. I just opened the app after being inactive for some time because I got curious about the new logo. 😂

@vwbusguy ah. Bialetti's "cup" can be confusing sometimes. Mine is a "4 cup" moka pot but "1 cup" is too small for me (about 40ml or 1.4 oz). So I use "2 cups" for 1 serving 😆
