Investors have a name for the parts of the industry dominated by Big Tech: they call it "the #KillZone" and they won't back companies seeking to enter it.

When companies dominate their industries, they find it easier to capture their regulators and outspend public prosecutors who hope to hold them to account. When they lose regulatory fights, they can fund endless appeals.
