Sandia Mountains with a little snow

The weather next week is forecast to be cold and wintery, so decided to walk down to the river, it's not far.
Here is a phone photo from the same location as the one I posted on December 31st, but with some scenic snow on the mountains.( I didn't take another photo of the rio as it looked exactly as it did in my previous post.)
It was a beautiful frigid morning at Bosque Del Apache, New Mexico. We arrive by 6 AM in total darkenss to wait for the Snow Geese to fly in. They come by the 1000s. The air is filled with the sound of their joyful honking and beating wings. The sunrises to slowly warm them as they land on the Flight Deck.
Coyotes play a crucial role in maintaining the health of the ecosystem. Hunting at sunrise is an advantageous strategy as their acute senses allow them to capitalize on the low light conditions when their prey are most active. Bosque Del Apache
