I’m free now but was arrested with several others and briefly detained by SFPD today at Wells Fargo headquarters. We held a vigil inside to solemnly recognize all the people and lands and beings that WF is hurting and killing through their funding of fossil fuel and other projects.

Went to #DATCU branch on Duchess near 288 in #DentonTX because I had an insurance escrow refund check that was made out to both me and wife. In the past, #WellsFargo had given me guff because it was made out to both of us and even though we both endorsed it, the account was only in my name. Anyway, DATCU put a FIVE DAY hold on it due to lack of deposit history. 🤷♂️ I pointed out to her that I don’t use the account much as they keep closing locations that are convenient to me.
"If you don't like it, why don't you take your business elsewhere?" It's the motto of the corporate apologist, someone so Hayek-pilled that they see every purchase as a ballot cast in the only election that matters - the one where you vote with your wallet.
