I 3D printed the Reform laptop main box (I was too cheap to by the original aluminum parts) and stuck a case-less external MNT keyboard 3.0 and trackball 2.0 together with a tiny USB hub into it. I wanted to avoid having to leave the keyboard with my hands when I need the mouse cursor at my work desktop.
Hello!
I'm looming for a thiny #Thumb#Keyboard (kinda lie a 60% or 40% board that is tiny) that connects via #USB (wired!) to any host device.
Kinda like the #Dreamgear#MiniKey or the #Xbox360#ChatPad but it needs to be either FLOSH or at least be still made to this day AND work natively as Keyboard.
And yes I know all those wireless keyboards that exost and the fact that someone converts new old stock #BackBerry keypads to #USB - not to nention the various USB Tablet Cases..
Moonlander, kinesis, ergodox, so many options for split keyboards - but not a single one with a built in trackpoint! Surely there must be a market for it... Hey Tex.com.tw - I love my shinobi, but would you please split it ergonomically down the middle for me, so that my back also loves it? #ergonomics#keyboard#shinobi#tex#kinesis#SplitKeyboards#splitkeyboard
