Just catching up with #WWENXT and I'm actually delighted that Shaun Spears has returned.
Spears was a workhorse for #AEW during the pandemic era, but was never really given anything creatively, other than stop-start angles, and quickly fell off TV when Tony started bringing in all the NJPW/Lucha guys.
Spears will be a good veteran presence and I'm interested to see how he's booked.

SRS: As of the week before the Royal Rumble, Cody Rhodes was told he was working with Roman Reigns, and the plan was CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins at WrestleMania. There had actually been multiple reassurances to the former that it would be happening.
