Tonight was morel risotto and seared #Alaska weathervane #scallops, with fresh grated parm & green onions. :blobcatjustright:
TBH the morel flavor kinda got lost in the risotto. If we get a third bag with the veg subscription this year, I think I’ll do a light cream sauce pasta instead. :blobcatthinking:
