2/ Civil Defense Minister Carl-Oskar Bohlin says that a telecommunication cable between #Sweden and #Estonia has been damaged.

The damage appears to have occurred around or near the same time and place as the one between #Finland and Estonia.

It is not a total cable break but partial damage, Minister for Civil Defense Carl-Oskar Bohlin.
