I wrote this #Tutor #Mentor blog article in 2008 following a #Chicago media story titled "Schooled in Fear". https://tutormentor.blogspot.com/2008/08/schooled-in-fear-suntimes-special.html What would be new is leaders using maps to guide consistent, multi-year, distribution of resources to all high poverty areas & places where indicators show a need.
