I've just read this comment about "Million Lint":

But it seems only when using React you need such a tool, because otherwise you apparently risk performance pitfalls etc. (stated by the authors of that tool).

So you better not use React in the first place. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

@janriemer our application runs react since 2018 and tbh the perf has never been an issue - I guess YMMV
