Israeli settlers committed a pogrom in the outskirts of Ramallah on April 12 following the death of a teenage Israeli settler, in the towns of Al Mughair, Silwad, Turmus Aya, Sinjil and Deir Dibwan. While unhindered settler attacks are not new in these areas, they are growing increasingly in frequency and violence.
