CALL TO ACTION: Emails to request news coverage for the death sentence of Mojahed Kourkour, the murder of Pouya Molaei-Rad, and the targeting of the Pirfalak family.

This is an urgent call to action. As you all know, the Islamic Republic has been relentless in harassing the Pirfalak and Molaei-Rad families since the murder of 9-year-old Kian Pirfalak in November. This recently accumulated into the murder of Mah Monir Molaei-Rad’s first cousin, Pouya Molaei-Rad by IRGC terrorists.

The day after the murder of Pouya, the parents of Mojahed Kourkour were called into prison to meet him. For those of you who don’t know, Mojahed is an innocent protestor who is in imminent danger of execution. He is charged with several crimes he did not commit and was tortured into confessing, including the murder of Kian Pirfalak.

This is deeply concerning. As some of you might remember, the regime allowed the families of Saleh Mirhashemi, Majid Kazemi, and Saeed Yaghoubi to speak with them just the day before they were executed.

While many western news agencies/organizations covered the killing of Kian Pirfalak, little to none of them have covered these events that have occurred since. So, I’ve written an email template requesting coverage of these events. I’d like it to be sent by all of us to any news organizations that covered the killing of Kian Pirfalak.
