If you are using lutris , try to use kron4ek’s wine (you can install it with protonupqt), i found out it tends to work better with repacks, then when it’s installed switch back to what you were using.

ShunkW,

Have you tried doing what the error told you to do?

The game run fine on windows there’s no corrupt files

ShunkW,

You didn’t answer my question. Have fun figuring it out yourself then.

I might have got it. Wine/Proton doesn’t like nfts partitions which is what windows uses. symlink your game folder into a brfts or ext4 partition, like your home directory and try to launch the game using that path like home/username/Games. point launchers to this path whatever ur using steam lutris heroic etc

Unfortunately no dice still the same error, but just to be safe here’s my config I created a symlink to the game folder on my home folder I also tried multiple wine fork

your best bet might be reinstalling, I had a similar problem with fallout 4. It was working one day both windows and linux but then, it didn’t work on linux till I reinstalled. Pro tip don’t use a repack. Get the unrepacked version from dodi because large game reoacks have a hugh chance of malfunctioning from my experience
