However, the resistance has deprived Israel of the element of surprise by opening the front.

So …Nothing unexpected in Nasrallah’s speech. Not exactly a declaration of war; rather a reasserting that Hamas’ op was its own, that HZB’s limited fighting hasn’t endangered LEB, but, if ISR intensifies, then HZB is ready. And N promised a response to ISR’s act of terrorism on HZB’s turf.
