@visionsofnapa LOL let the native milkweed takeover your backyard for a few years, that does the trick. Also, need a LARGE AREA of milkweed, not just a couple of plants.

@ai6yr Good point about needing a large area. I wonder if they will cover that matter. If only my neighbors with manicured lawns would agree to grow milkweed instead.

@visionsofnapa Oh, certainly. I had milkweed show up in the lawn awhile back and I just let it take over (and removed all the grass!). Monarchs everywhere!
