Here is an example graph for #catalan and #valencian languages. Scope: #fedora operating system.

Are Catalan and Valencian translator communities healthy? Not really

Why ? because the overall translation progress is decreasing over time, despite the number words increasing and the existing packages being maintained, it means there is more work than what translators can provide.

Wikipedia tells me there is 9.2 million speakers of these languages. Still a good score.

three graphs: 1: number of packages increased to reach about 700 packages. Big increase in 2018. 2: number of translated words is increasing at the same pace to reach about 5 million words. Big increases in 2013 and 2016. 3a: package translation progress had fast increase from 20% in 2008 to 80% in 2013. Slowly decreasing since. 3b: distribution translation progress has fast increase until 2016 to reach 12%, slowly decrease since.

Wikipedia tells me there is 250 million speakers of this language.

That's a pity, Wikipedia tells me there is 360 million speakers of this language!
