I mean, is it really necessary for beginners to spend over $200, if not $350 bucks; and is anyone, who is already in scene, don't know about em. Especially when each coffee influencer mentions em at least once a day 🫣
Also to answer your question, the coffee grinder is by far the most important purchase if quality coffee in the home is your goal. If you spend $50, $70 on a grinder, you'll get that performance. If you spend, for example, $170 on the X-Ultra, you'll get a best in class manual grinder that puts out grind quality that rivals $500 grinders.
And if you want electric, the budget line really starts at $150 if you want decent multipurpose, and $200-$250 if you want good espresso performance included.
You might balk at those prices, but 10yr ago, that same performance started at $400-$500.
