I like that the implication is that he just randomly shot out the window
Soggy, He took a bullet too, I think the implication is that someone attacked him and Tracer returned fire. (Realistically, I think it’s just a string of tropes and not meant to be a coherent narrative)
nyahlathotep, I thought he’d gotten shot in the past but it healed with the bullet still in him
