Going rollerskating with my dog. We recently discovered this is a great bonding exercise - he loves to run, and now I can keep up with him! We also need to read each other quite well - I must realize when he wants to stop and go sniffing, and he needs to make sure he follows where I am going. And it is on both of us to make sure we keep the right pace, it is awesome!
A long weekend for me: I’m taking the day off to get a couple of DIY jobs completed. One is to put a shelf up that we had up in our previous house. With no planning at all, it happened to be exactly the right length for the wall. This made me smile.
