In Dec of 2022 #Mnogin#Greenhouse were placed at Jocko Point, waiting for the final set up. 4 structures, each about size of a trailer on a big rig. Inside, walls are lined with shelves. Tubes send water to the #plants & special lights mimic sun above.
Harney’s original vision was to produce locally to strengthen #FoodSupply within community, a model that could be implemented in other #FirstNations, esp up North, where fresh #vegetables can be cost prohibitive.
