Amigos from abroad
Any personal/or in group activity can be done inside any private place (you pay for it, for your confort and safe)...
But in a public place anyone can walk, jump, shout, sleep or stay ..no matter what: Mexico is for the mexicans and we can do what ever we want bc is in our law and constitution and our land..we arent putting in risk or attacking someone else
