Congratulations to #Massachusetts that has now joined a growing number of U.S states that are raising taxes on millionaires to use for free breakfast and lunch for every #K12 public school student in the state.
It is also using the increased tax to offer tuition free #CommunityCollege for residents over the age of 25 seeking greater skills and certification to obtain a better paying job.
