@ranx I checked – they were first introduced in the UK in 1971, five years after they started appearing on packets in the US.
And yet the cigarette companies were still trying to tell people it was all unproven nonsense – I know, because my dad worked for Rothmans & we fell out regularly on this topic when I was a teenager.
