In case anyone has forgotten, Rick Scott pleaded the 5th 75 times in a 2000 deposition. His former company, Columbia/HCA, pleaded guilty to 14 felonies and agreed to a $600+ million fine in what was at the time the largest health care fraud settlement in U.S. history.
