still trying to get confirmation on this, but we heard that a new prosecutor objected to probation for the defendants in the Arkansas 2020 BLM protest case and wants to send them to prison instead
at least one (Renea Goddard) has now been sentenced to 1.5 years in federal prison
> Jeffrey had previously been sentenced, while the other four were sentenced Thursday. ...all defendants received terms of supervised release: Lung’aho 36 months; Nowlin, Espinosa-Villegas, and Goddard 24 months; and Jeffrey 18 months. There is no parole in the federal system.
Also please also help #AngelEspinosa as she finishes taking care of her affairs ahead of 18 months in federal prison as punishment for her part in the 2020 #GeorgeFloydProtests
