vga256, 7 months ago @NunavutBirder wow!! i remember the station - walked past it many times :D i was a summer student there at the time, working for the Philips. a few years ago i drove 2400km for a clubhouse and fries at the snowshoe inn, and an egg salad sandwich at big river 🤣

vga256, 7 months ago @NunavutBirder crazy!! i dropped by and said hi when i went up last - he still spends time at the house in Prov. i was just a sweaty, greasy kid when he gave me a shot at a dream job in those days. always appreciate what he did for me.
