Putin and Kim Jong Un is not even a partnership of equals. Putin had some respect until he got close with trump. Its obvious that failure is more contagious than greatness. Even if he broke off all ties I doubt he could get away from dons psychic loser vibes while those big macs are keeping his neurons kinda firing.

At this point not much is stopping China from take over Siberia and far east from Russia. I doubt China is scared of nuclear black mail like your typical western NPC.
