@glennpegden I've had this at one point - I have a G915 TKL with all the associated software installed, and I remember at one point I couldn't change the volume on my system with the media keys on another keyboard while I had the 915 connected. The volume OSD would show up but the volume itself wouldn't change.
@timixretroplays I don't supposed you remember if/how you fixed it?
I've now noticed it only works when the audio out is set to my AV amp, it works fine on other output. Plus it's only limited to the media keys that change the volume, play/pause/etc all work fine.
However if I press the mute button on the keyboard brings up the OSD (but changes nothing), clicking on the OSD to change the volume works! So it's not like the amp can't have it's volume changed!
@glennpegdensnaps fingers that was it - it wasn't another keyboard, it was my headphone DAC. I think the DAC is in analog mode using a 3.5mm cable as input right now, rather than being a separate USB device with its own Windows volume, so everything just uses the same output device on my PC at the moment. It's definitely something deeply internal somewhere losing track of what audio device's volume is getting adjusted, might be worth a support ticket with Logitech.
