I’m a bit confused, I wash my face (almost) every day and when I use moisturizer for normal/sensitive skin my face gets oily.
When I don’t user a moisturizer (so just washing) my face will instead feel dry and a bit rough even, especially in the t-zone and it even gets itchy.
I am confused. Do I have dry skin? Oily? Halp plz.
Try CeraVe unscented moisturizing lotion, if you are not in a very dry climate. Just a little, and it’s not expensive. Sometimes a toner can help too - it’s an oddball step in a skin routine, but helped my skin. I like the Dr. Hauschka one.
Also -if you don’t wear makeup or work with actual dirt, you may be over cleansing, you could try a more gentle cleanser, or even water only, and see if that and no moisturizer works.
