Yes we need this kind of places, but the question is why doesn't every major University City have such a place?
I would much prefer we have not one lighthouse but many places across europe to minimize the need for travel and have participation at large
Much like Hackerspaces and Makerspaces made their way into normal society
So a question would be is there a certain brand that could bundle this efforts and allow to set decent minimal standards. So there is distributed Reputation
