I'm gonna be really honest. I'm feeling a bit emotional about this whole thing. Just a swarm of emotions.
Sadness because of having to leave behind all of my posts and discussions with most of you and the connections I seemingly lost with this move.
Nervous because hosting an instance for others is a new experience for me and I'd really hate to screw it up.
Excited for what the future might hold and all the new people I might meet along the way.
Happy that I have taken this step in moving my Fediverse journey forward.
Hopeful that I can do something good for people here and it's viewed as something good.
Grateful for all the friends and connections I've made along this wild ride this far.
