Hannity was losing his shit last night. He clearly was pissed that Trump accepted the offer.
Ingraham was framing it as a No Big Deal thing. Hannity blew it up. I figure Hannity knows that Trump has to be a bully and distraction. He needs to appear strong and dominant, he needs to interrupt Biden to take advantage of Biden's stutter, and, most importantly, he needs to deflect from any conversation about policy.
Holding Biden accountable for his policies is going to force a comparison of positions.
It means that any images of the border in July and August can be reframed is Trump's insistence that the GOP tank the bipartisan bill. It forces Trump to own Dobbs.
