I used idiotocracy as an existing word —then along came tRump to fully embody the implied fascism of such a cult-based dicktatorship. Sure, there had been the Borgias prior, and your Tudors, the deadly De Medicis of note and the Various ‘Greats’, straight to the rotting core with Machiavelli and as starkly illustrative as Mein Kampf’s more-creepy modernist resurrection.
It's interesting that the US Constitution limits Presidential candidates by age (must be at least 35), and birth (must be born in the US), but does not prohibit those suffering the effects of worms munching on their brains.
