@notesnook I couldn't find in your T&C if you have a time limit before deletion for a user that doesnt pay in advance (I suppose it is downgraded to a free account) or for ar user that have not paid, is downgraded, but is exceding free space quota. Will in the first and the second case the data be deleted? Or it is going to be keeped forever? (Please, don't have a policy of 1 month or 6 month deletion. Take a look at Posteo policy, they dont delete the data but block some things and after a lot of time they delete it. But dont do as cryptee or mailbox.org that delete the data after 30 days of not being able to pay. Proton used to give forever for at least one time paid accounts. Tutanota only gives 6 months. What happens if an activist go to jail? At least 2 years of data security for Notesnook).
